A Quick and Easy Healthy Recipe to Curb those Late-Night Snack Cravings

You know that feeling. You're in front of the TV and your sweet tooth kicks in overdrive. Don't sabotage your healthy eating day with a small bowl of ice cream. Instead, satisfy your sweet tooth with this healthy option.

Healthy Recipe to Curb Snack Cravings

Frozen Berry Coconut Delight

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen organic blueberries (or Frozen Berry of your choice)
1/2 cup almond milk Topped
1/4 cup fine shredded coconut

Frozen Blueberry Coconut Delight


Throw some frozen blueberries in a bowl with some almond milk & coconut. The frozen blueberries will begin to freeze the almond milk around them, they will coat in a sort of almond milk slushie! Top that with some coconut and your sweet tooth will thank you.

  2. I love this and just told my husband this is exactly the type of food I need to be eating with my complex health issues. Over the last year he's been getting a crash course in preparing healthy foods since my illness got worse but this would be something super easy and healthy for him to whip up for the both of us!
