Quick and Easy Beef Dinner: Korean-Style Rice Bowl

This Korean-inspired beef dish will get dinner on the table in 30 minutes. An original HelloFresh recipe from November 2016,, this quick and easy meal is easy to replicate even when it's not on the meal plan. To save time, we also Dietary Ginger Vitality Essential Oil distilled by Young Living in place of the ginger thumb.  One drop is all you need in the recipe.  On a side-note, we've also used Teriyaki sauce in place of soy sauce if we were out of soy sauce when making this recipe.  We believe the secret ingredient in this dish though is the hoisin sauce. We give this recipe top marks for a rice bowl your family will love.
